1. About these terms

The service is operated by Synaptic from the United Kingdom. You can contact us through our official Discord support channel. By purchasing or using Synaptic, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 and legally capable of entering a contract.

Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts rights that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable rights under UK consumer law.

2. The service

Synaptic provides licensed software for automated futures-trading operations, monitoring, account safeguards and performance review. Features depend on the plan shown at checkout and may require a compatible TopstepX/ProjectX account, internet access and a supported device.

We may provide reasonable updates, security fixes and feature changes. Material changes will not remove statutory rights or retroactively alter a completed purchase.

3. Orders, prices and renewal

Prices, billing interval, included access and the total payable amount are displayed in the Whop checkout before you pay. The checkout button makes clear that placing the order creates a payment obligation. Whop processes payments and provides the purchase confirmation. Recurring access continues for the interval displayed at checkout until cancelled through the available Whop account controls.

You must provide accurate purchase and account information. Optional extras will not be added without your express agreement.

4. Licence and acceptable use

While your entitlement is active, Synaptic grants you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to install and use the software for its intended purpose and within your selected plan.

You must not share or resell licence credentials, bypass access controls, interfere with the service, use it unlawfully, or copy, reverse engineer or redistribute the software except where applicable law expressly permits that activity.

5. Trading risk and user responsibility

You remain responsible for selecting accounts, reviewing settings, position size, loss limits, monitoring operation and deciding whether the software is appropriate for you. Historical, simulated or example information does not promise future performance.

6. Availability and responsibility

We aim to provide the service with reasonable care and skill. Availability may be affected by maintenance, internet failures, exchanges, brokers, trading platforms, Discord, Whop or other third parties outside our reasonable control.

We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, breach of statutory rights, or anything else that cannot legally be limited. Subject to those protections, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed or for business losses suffered by a consumer.

7. Suspension, cancellation and termination

You may cancel renewal through Whop. We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary for non-payment, material misuse, security, fraud or legal compliance. If we end paid access without cause, this does not affect any refund or remedy required by law.

Our Refund Policy explains the 14-day cancellation period, immediate digital access and overlapping licences. Statutory remedies for digital content that is faulty, not as described or not supplied remain unaffected.

8. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer elsewhere in the UK, you retain any mandatory protections of your home jurisdiction and may bring proceedings in the courts available to you under applicable law.
